Neo Elite dildos are popular dual-density silicone. Platinum cured silicone that’s cheaper. The two (dual) layers are: 1. softer against your skin and inside your hole, 2. semi-firm supportive core.
They’re not butt plugs to be sized up – but after finding inconsistencies in Blush Novelties’ dimensions for several Neo Elite toys, I decided to collect (almost) ’em all and lay out the real dimensions. And we’ve got a verdict on 2 favorite prostate dildos: Neo Elite 7.5″ with Balls vs. Vixskin Mustang, a classic dildo:

*Insertable length taken with shaft straightened out, if curved. This measurement is hardest to gauge as precisely, as it cannot be placed directly within calipers. Therefore this metric may vary up to 0.15″ from what you’re able to take while fully inserting any Neo Elite Dildo. My measurement aims from A.) the dildo’s tip to B.) the lowest shaft length that’s easy to take, e.g., where the shaft meets the scrotum or the top of suction base. **Taken in dildo’s natural shape standing up, if curved.
Neo Elite 7.5″ with Balls vs. VixSkin Mustang
Both silicone dildos are good for prostate focused thrusting. The Neo Elite’s head is firmer, but barely. Still soft silicone.
Mustang is favored for pegging. I choose Mustang first there (over Neo Elite), for a first toy. (When I want an easier, less expansive session vs. my favorite, the Steve super-soft). VixSkin is smoother than Neo Elite silicone once lubricated. So if you go fast and hard, VixSkin is optimal. But if you go slow and sensual, the Neo Elites are good.
Advantages for the Neo Elite: Firmer ridge focus. Much cheaper. Stronger suction cup. Disadvantages: Mass-produced, not handmade in the U.S. Slightly harder = fast thrusting can feel rougher.

My girlfriend, Lila, likes the Neo Elite 7.5″ with Balls for her own use. “More G-spot focus,” she says. “Pointier ridge.” She also got the glow version for pegging use…how that fares vs. normal Neo Elite silicone, story here.
Vixskin Mustang vs. Neo Elite 7.5″ with Balls dimensions.
- Mustang: ≈5.73″ insertable length. Head: 1.49″ max. diam. left-to-right; 1.44″ diam. front-of-ridge to back; 1.58″ head length – straight angled head.
- Neo E.: ≈5.28″ insertable length. Head: 1.45″ max. diam. left-to-right; 1.33″ diam. front-of-ridge to back; 1.62″ head length, bell-shaped indent + flare – feels smaller.
So, the Mustang’s head is approximately 10% wider. It also feels like more: Mustang’s head occupies more space due to its straight slant, vs. Neo Elite’s inward curve.

Mustang has ≈0.45″ more insertable length vs. Neo Elite 7.5″ with Balls. (As you see, Mustang does not have balls. The VixSkin Goodfella does, and ≈5″ insertable.)

Favorite Neo Elite dildos for anal
The different Neo Elite dildo dimensions let you try different sizes. For anal, these models resonate most for me. (But you may prefer a different size.)
- Trainer toy. Overall, a silicone trainer plug set is the safest way to begin anal penetration. However. If you are willing to take your time slowly inserting 1 single dildo, and work up to thrusting it after several sessions, the Neo Elite small – 6-Inch Tapered – is a reasonable size. Remember these steps for safe sizing-up.
- Best anal suction cup dildo overall. Neo Elite 7.5″ is just an easy toy to get into deeper anal thrusts with. Its smaller head probes at the entrance to the sigmoid bend, very comfortable. Easy ride.
- Big dual-density. The 9″ Neo Elite works as a thick, not huge dual-density dildo. It’s a lot of texture. Maybe too much. Use coconut oil for anal use to minimize friction. For really big, the Neo Elite 10 Inch it is:
Smallest Neo Elite silicone
The 6″ Tapered model is a smart starting size, if you want just one first anal toy. I recommend anal plugging first, as it’s less stressful on the sphincter muscles vs. thrusting in-and-out. But, you could ease in this small Neo Elite slowly (remembering to stop and relax, and follow safe stretching tips), using it for slow and gentle penetration.

At $23.00, if you’re getting a starter dildo you want to move past soon, this small Neo Elite’s an understandable pick vs. $96.00 for VixSkin Spur – the only other 1.25″ maximum diameter, thinner, dual-layer silicone dildo.
Biggest Dual-Density Dildos
Neo Elite 10 and 11 Inch are super-large and dual-density silicone – an uncommon combo. Bigger than VixSkin Maverick, these two big D’s are similar in size: from 2.3″ to 2.4″ maximum diameter.
Of these biggest dual dildos: I’d say the 10 Inch first – if you have used a toy at least 6.7″ circumference previously and are willing to warm up, or you’ve trained for 7.5″ circ. toys. Why 10″ vs. 11″? The 10-Inch’s texture is smoother vs. the 11 Inch, and I don’t need a large coronal ridge going so deep. Neo Elite 10 Inch’s head is thick, but still 0.13″ thinner vs. the 11 Inch’s.

A step is missing between the 9 Inch (blue above) and the 10 Inch (pink above) Neo Elites: they’re not spaced for safe sizing-up.
What is Dual-Density Silicone?
Dual-density has a soft silicone outside to be plusher, supported by a firm silicone interior.
I am honestly the biggest fan of super-soft toys, like the Steve dildo on my fucking machine. But long super-soft dildos bend as you thrust them / have them thrust into you. This doesn’t bother me anally, but I’m told that vaginally it makes the dildo’s lower shaft seem half-cocked.
Not that dual-density dildos such as Neo Elite are only for vaginal use. I can’t tell you how many positive reviews I’ve seen for anal / pegging, of dual silicone dildos. The firm core of a Neo Elite 7.5″ with Balls or Mustang makes the ridge bob up quicker, when it’s thrust in a harness.
Neo Elite “Glow” vs. regular Neo Elite silicone
The Neo Elite toys have grown to include a “Glow” segment. These have a not-clear – but you can see through it – exterior layer, over a glow-in-the-dark firm core.
Still dual-density like the earlier 1-color Neo Elite dildos – yet not the same silicone.
I said Mustang was “barely” firmer than Neo Elite (7.5″ with balls normal mode). Similarly: Neo Elite Glow dildos are a fraction firmer vs. Neo Elite non-glow ones.

Lila wanted to try the glow effect out for pegging. So she’d be wearing a light-up cock in the dark, to tell me to use it. To see the glow move in-and-out of my mouth, and my hole. I was up for the show, and she got a couple of the non-realistic Neo Elite Glows on sale too (Tao and Omnia).
We ended up thinking the Glow-green Neo Elite 7.5″ was worth the display, it was a good show as she ordered me to suck it in her harness. You put it under an LED light for an hour first, so it gets brighter when the lights are turned off. She was so into watching this that it excited me more. It was worth the cost for a couple sessions. But in the end we’ve gone back to Mustang most often.

I do think the Vixskin Mustang is more realistic to be thrust into by. And based on feel alone, the normal not-glowing Neo Elites have an edge over Glow Neo Elite. The latter’s not hard silicone, but it’s not as soft. For me that equals “not as great.” I either like firm prostate pressure or super-soft thrusting and stretching, nothing in between. YMMV.
We didn’t get much out of the Tao or Omnia. They’re just OK.
